A: Our cleaners are very well trained and are professionals. Unfortunately many ovens require strong cleaners to remove caked on grime. Be assured however that once we're done, you won't notice that we've used chemicals.

A: Very quick, we require a minimum of 30 minutes but won't be longer than an hour and a half.
